AVAC submitted a letter to Chairwoman Baldwin, Chairman Aderholt, and Ranking Members Capito and DeLauro asking for increased funding of immunization-related activities as part of the fiscal year (FY) 2025 Appropriations bill, including:
- $1.6 billion for the National Immunization Program;
- $241 million for Influenza Planning and Response at CDC’s NCIRD; and
- $150 million for CDC’s Division of Viral Hepatitis.
